About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK-based SME customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate quotes and maintain CRM records.
- Build rapport and deliver excellent service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum Qualification- Graduate.
- Good at cold calling and lead generation.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates holding the International Voice Customer Support or US Staffing or Sales Experience are eligible to apply. Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can apply.
